#trees Healing a lot today I can feel this aggrivation come up in me that i havent felt since being in england All i can do is observe and sit with it It will pass I am craving for Water to swim in as we drive to Andorra... Goodmorning Last night we drove to a spot we picked on the map and found a quite town and a quite beach and a tree where we found fire wood and cooked with fire to save our gas :) This morning this is our bedroom view. I find most mornings, or all mornings my routine is to clean and rearrange the car. Everyday it needs cleaning up and putting straight, wash the dishes from last night in the sea, have a swim/dip if possible..todays sea is super clear again #thankyou Oh and fruit for breakfast and play time with noah <3 then set off to the next adventure place. Im still healing lots today, my throat is sore and spots are coming out as i detox and im feeling low on energy, and with my sinus' blocked. Also emptional healing and having flashbacks. Im super greatful to have this travel buddy! Life is so much easier in a 3. I get passed fruits and Water whilst driving and have another voice and body to entertain and love noah my son. And we are being inspired by his Vibes to live a more healthy life. Before we crossed paths out here me and noah were buying crisps, noodles and bread regularly as they are cheap and easy to travel with. And now we are eating raw til 4 again after so many years since i did this last. Its totally possible on the road. Theres so much abundance out here- We have foraged lemons and fruits from the trees ovet the past few days! And to be here on this beach, this was last night tea capture. We had amazing abundance. Fruit shops here have given us free fruit and potatos and we bought a huge lettuce to wrap our dahl in. Ive woke this morning in a little bit of a healing state my body is feeling a bit rough like i have a head cold and throat is sore, but this is what happens when you eat clean. Your body naturally detoxs and purges all the badness its stored from what you havr eaten in the past. So ill sit with this head and throat and know its pain is healing and maybe eat more mono meals and simply today to help aid my body. I have noticed today my face is less red. I suffer from rosatia which makes me get really red skin that people often say... Are you sunburnt to. Even back in england. And now, in a #raetil4 lifestyle its healing. We are parked in between 2 beaches which are met by awesome rock formations and caves! 2 coves. Soft sand. And are stocked up on lots of market fruits from yesterday. So greatful for life Once you follow your dreams and listen and give it space youll heal and be guided to magic places. Its not all a bunch of roses theres still the normal things coming up to heal and the not so normal too. And theres also a distopia to the utopias we find. But im experiencing a lot of blessings beyond the mind.
